Applicants must submit a written essay that declares a personal vision and demonstrates the potential to achieve that vision.

Applicants must have been born outside born outside of the U.S. and currently enrolled (or accepted) as a full-time undergraduate student at an accredited U.S. college or university

High school seniors intending to enroll are also eligible

Applicants must have a  a weighted GPA of 3.4 or greater
